Duelz Casino review
Duelz Casino launched in 2018 as a UK iGaming site operated by SuprPlay Limited. Its fantasy battlefield theme rewards players with stars, XP and SP points for real-money wagers and PvP contests, which also bring a social element to the experience.
The welcome offer described here is 140 free spins valued at £14, available with a first deposit. The site also builds on its game theme with features such as adding friends for battles, a less common social feature among casinos in its market.
This review examines the reported 2,200+ game catalogue, bonus terms, banking options, customer support and mobile experience, drawing on the original review rather than fresh testing.

Duelz Casino's Background
Duelz Casino joined Great Britain's iGaming market in 2018. That year, its operator received Innovation of the Year at the EGR Marketing and Innovation Awards, then trading as SuprNation. The company now uses the name SuprPlay Limited and is based in Malta. The original review reported checking the Malta Business Registry (MBR), where the company was incorporated on 1 March 2016 under number C74595. Voodoodreams, NYspins and Las Vegas casinos are also operated by SuprPlay under the same UKGC licence.

The original assessment points to an industry award, no UKGC regulatory actions and business details that could be checked. On that basis, its reviewers considered the operation legitimate under the standards they applied. Those findings reflect the source review and do not establish authorization in Canada.
Licensing and Player Security
Duelz Casino's operator, SuprPlay Limited, holds a UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licence numbered Remote 048695-R-327029-011. The review said it checked the licence under Gambling Commission account number 48695, which had been active since 2017. It also reported that the Duelz Casino domain appeared in the active SuprPlay Limited account's Domain Names section.
The site is described as connected to GAMSTOP, the UK's national self-exclusion register. It also says player accounts include controls for deposit, loss, session and wagering limits, along with reality checks and cooling-off or self-exclusion options to block real-money play.
Besides the UKGC licence, SuprPlay Limited operates Duelz under licences issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA). It reports that the casino follows Britain's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) 10-step cybersecurity framework, offers 2FA, and encrypts site connections with SSL/TLS, as signalled by HTTPS in the URL.

Duelz Casino Bonuses and Promotions
After registration, players can choose the Duelz Casino free spins welcome bonus when making their first deposit; the offer runs over 7 days. Subsequent promotions lean less on the deposit matches and spin packages found at many other UK online casinos. Instead, the schedule centres on tournament-style slot play and promotions from game providers. Cashback is also offered to slot, table and live casino players after a losing week, according to the review.
Duelz Welcome Bonus: 140 Free Spins on 7 Pragmatic Play Fruit Machines
When making a first deposit, the cashier presents the 140 free spins welcome bonus for Duelz casino. Each spin carries a £0.10 value, making the stated bonus total £14. The source review records 20 spins for Big Bass Splash by Pragmatic Play on the opening day. A further 20 spins arrived on each subsequent day through day 7, providing bonus play across 7 days.
| Day | Game |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Big Bass Splash |
| Day 2 | Big Bass Bonanza |
| Day 3 | Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe |
| Day 4 | Big Bass Boxing Bonus Round |
| Day 5 | Buffalo King Megaways |
| Day 6 | Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter |
| Day 7 | Great Rhino Megaways |
Claiming the spins is described as simple, and the account's 'bonus' area lets players follow each slot's wagering progress. After every batch of 20 spins, winnings from the slot move to the bonus balance. Subject to the applicable terms, players may then try to convert that balance into cash.
Key Bonus Conditions
A qualifying first deposit of at least £25 is required to take the welcome offer. Each arriving set of spins must be activated, and the player then has 3 days to use it before expiry. Once the 20 spins have been played and a bonus balance earned, a 10x wagering requirement applies; the rollover must be completed within 7 days of earning the bonus.
Winnings eligible for conversion are capped at £100 for each set, or £700 across all 7 batches. Bonus-balance wagers cannot exceed £2. The terms also exclude a number of slots from bonus play, including progressive jackpots and high-RTP titles. The exclusions list does not mention live dealer or table games.
Ongoing Offers
Regular Duelz Casino promotions focus on cash prizes without wagering requirements. The review describes wager-free cashback after a poor week, PvP slot tournaments and provider-network promotions featuring live dealer and online fruit machine titles as the main recurring options.
- Weekly Cashback: Cashback is 5% of losses recorded from Friday through Thursday. Calculations close on Thursday and payment is made Friday, with 0x wagering requirements. The offer covers Duelz casino games across slots and live dealer play.
- Duelz Cash Tournaments: Duelz Casino promotes weekly cash giveaways totalling £10,000 through tournaments that are free to enter. A new event starts every 15 minutes. Members compete head to head on online slots, with prizes taking the form of cash, bonus funds carrying 10x wagering, or free spins.
- Network Promotions: Provider campaigns such as Playson Cash Blast offer opportunities to compete for cash prizes. Players must meet the qualifying game's minimum stake to take part in prize drops, races and leaderboards; the review says cash rewards carry 0x wagering requirements.
Duelz's offer mix appears aimed at slot fans who enjoy prize tournaments, as well as live dealer and table players interested in cashback after losses. It is less suited to people looking primarily for deposit matches or free-spin packages. Instead, the site centres on loss-based cashback, competitive features and a social style of play, with some promotions free of rollover conditions.
Loyalty Points and Gamified Rewards
Players collect stars and trophies in Duelz's game-like reward system by taking part in slot duels against others. The items can open chests with cash, free spins or spells that serve as power-ups in contests. More trophies advance players through leagues, where they face tougher rivals and, according to the review, can access better rewards.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Timing
The source lists bank cards, e-wallets, mobile payments and digital vouchers as accepted methods at Duelz Casino. Under the UK Gambling Act 2005, credit cards cannot be used to fund an account. It reports that the casino processes withdrawals instantly. Statement entries for deposits and withdrawals may show SuprPlay Limited or SuprPay Limited.
Making a Deposit
Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Ecopayz, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill each have a £20.00 minimum deposit. Trustly, PayByMobile and Paysafecard require at least £10.00. The stated maximum for most methods is £5,000; PayByMobile is capped at £40.00 and Paysafecard at £250.
The original review also reported finding support for most major British banks and online services, including Wise and Revolut, on the deposit page.
Taking Out Funds
Duelz Casino sets the minimum cash-out at £20.00. Its listed withdrawal choices are Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Bank Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal. Deposits made with a method not offered for withdrawals, or with a Natwest card, must be paid out to a verified bank account.
No daily, weekly or monthly cash-out cap is stated, though individual transactions have limits. Trustly and Bank Transfer allow up to £20,000 per transaction; the maximum for every other withdrawal method is £10,000.
Withdrawal Terms to Note
- Pending Time: Requests may remain pending for up to 72 hours.
- Withdrawal Fees: Suprplay may charge a fee of 5% or £5.00, whichever is greater, when a cashout is requested before the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
- Age Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to confirm age during registration.
- KYC Checks: Withdrawals above £2,000 require verification. Requested documents may include ID, proof of address, a selfie, payslips and/or bank statements.
- Verification Time Frame: The source gives no general processing estimate. Its reviewer said their age check took 20 minutes and that no KYC request had been made to them.
Duelz Casino Games and Software Studios
The review notes several software studios described as British-born in Duelz Casino's line-up: Push Gaming, Blueprint, Northern Lights, Inspired Gaming, Iron Dog Studios and Barcrest. Playtech was notably absent. Games Global is also classed as British in the source because it is based on the Isle of Man. Other prominent names listed are Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Play'n GO.
Players cannot narrow fruit machines by provider, according to the review. Category filters are available instead in the Slots, Live Casino and Table Games & Arcade lobbies.
Video Slots
The main 'Slots' lobby offers browsing categories including All Slots, New Games, Jackpot Games, Fishing, Hold & Win, Megaways, Volatile, Take Me fishin', Drops & Wins and Non-Stop Drop. Scroll through the lobby to find them.
The 'new' area highlights recent releases, while other categories mix current favourites with older titles that remain popular. Immortal Romance, for instance, appears alongside its original release, Immortal Romance II and Immortal Romance Mega Moolah.
Play'n GO's Book of Dead and Pragmatic Play's John Hunter adventures are also included. The Rich Wilde and Tome of Dead and Rich Wilde and the Aztec Idols can be played at penny stakes by setting one payline and a £0.01 stake per spin. Games Global and its partners also offer Penny Slot and Penny Roller titles.
- Blueprint Gaming UK Fruit Machines: Titles include The Goonies Megaways, King Kong 3 Even Bigger Bonus, Eye of Horus Golden Tablet Gold Spin and Fishin' Frenzy Even Bigger Fish.
- Popular UK Land-Based and Online Titles: Games listed include Rainbow Riches, Reel King, Cops n Robbers and Jingle Winner.
For newer releases, search for Cash Collect games or browse Take Me fishin' and Fishing. Hold & Win titles with fixed jackpots have also gained attention, and the site groups these games in their own category.
- FYI: Under the UK Gambling Act 2005 rules cited in the review, online slots have a maximum stake of £2.00 for players under 24 and £5.00 for players 25 or older.
Progressive Jackpots
The Duelz Casino Jackpot Games section includes 40+ Progressive Slots. The source highlights Wowpot!, Mega Moolah and King Millions as games with top jackpots, while Thunderstruck Wild Lightning Mega Moolah Ultra Link & Win combines fixed and progressive jackpot features.
- King Millions: Games include 9 Masks of Fire, Links of Ra II, Links of Glory and Kings of Crystals II.
- Mega Moolah: Titles listed are Agent Jane Blonde, King Alexandria, Break Da Bank Again and Treasures of Kilauea.
The section also contains standalone progressive games. Yggdrasil's Ozwin's Jackpots is one option; the original review also noted NetEnt's Arabian Nights, Mercy of Gods, Mega Fortune, Divine Fortune, Vegas Night Life and Mega Joker.
Standalone progressives can award between £5,000 and £200,000 when the top jackpot is triggered. It also says withdrawal limits do not apply to a progressive jackpot win.
Live Casino
The Duelz live casino lobby can be filtered by provider. The review lists Pragmatic Play Live, On Air, Evolution and Stakelogic Live under that section. Together, the three brands are said to supply 100+ live dealer titles.
- Roulette Variants: Examples are Mega Roulette 3000, Gates of Olympus Roulette, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette and Super Stake Roulette.
- Blackjack Options: The listed tables are One blackjack, Lightning Blackjack, Blackjack London and Prive Lounge Blackjack.
Live games can also be browsed by format: Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows, Baccarat, Card & Dice and Speed Tables. The selection includes multiplier-based and conventional play. Roulette minimums begin at £0.20 per coup, while most other titles start at £1.00.
Although the review found no clear VIP section, it listed VIP Blackjack from Pragmatic Play and VIP Classic Auto-Roulette by Stakelogic, as well as Pragmatic Play Live Privé Lounge. Stakes at these tables range from £1,000 to £10,000 per round.
Live Game Shows
The catalogue includes 50+ game shows, with the three live dealer suppliers to Duelz Casino continuing to release at least two new titles per year. Crazy Time is a longstanding favourite in the Wheel of Fortune style; Travel Fever and Treasure Island are also named.
- Frequently Played Game Shows
- Live Bingo: The examples given are Monopoly Big Baller, Crazy Balls, Mega Ball, Cash or Crash and Vegas Ball Bonanza.
For live slot-style action, the review lists Extra Chilli spins, Crazy Coin Flip and 9 Pots of Gold Streamicon. Other unusual game shows include Gonzo's Treasure Map, Balloon Race, Marble Race and Crazy Pachinko.
These games are described as having modest entry stakes, usually from £0.20, with maximums ranging from £2,000 to £5,000 per round.
Mobile Casino Experience
No app download is required; the site can be opened in a mobile browser. The original review reports testing across Windows Mobile, Android and iOS devices, including phones and tablets.
The source review describes a clear homepage with a countryside backdrop and animation, followed by a smooth transition into mobile play. Its reviewer said they tested pages, payments, slots and live dealer games without noting problems. The site was reported as responsive, with games resizing to fit device screens in milliseconds.
Customer Service
Support at Duelz Casino is described as a live chat service and email contact. The footer also links to site resources covering cookies, privacy, payment information, general terms & conditions, bonus mechanics and bonus terms.
- Live Chat Feature: As with many British online casinos, live chat becomes available after registration. It describes quick replies and support staff who offered individual explanations instead of relying on standardised terms-and-conditions responses.
- Email: The listed support address is [email protected]. Email was slower: a message sent around midday received a reply the following evening.
The review says the UKGC licensing framework requires the casino to respond to complaints and try to resolve them. It also states that the site's terms, conditions and bonus rules are legally binding.
Other Casinos to Compare
For comparison, the original review selected two other British online casinos to sit alongside its hands-on Duelz Casino assessment.

Our View on Duelz Casino
The original reviewer liked Duelz's PvP games and friend-list feature, which they considered unusual for a British casino. The themed music, animated scenery and straightforward navigation also drew favourable comments.
A limitation noted in the review is that provider filters are available for live dealer games but not fruit machines. Even so, the reviewer considered the range adequate, with slots and table titles from familiar software studios.
Section 5.10 of the terms says SuprPlay keeps customer funds in a separate bank account, but those funds are described as unprotected if the company becomes insolvent. The review therefore found no guarantee that casino balances would be repaid and said it wanted this moved to at least Medium protection. It also flagged the 1x deposit turnover required before free withdrawals as unusual for a UKGC-licensed casino.
The source reviewer ends their assessment of time spent at Duelz Casino by describing the software provider promotion favourably. They say its prize drops and leaderboards provide opportunities to win cash with 0x wagering requirements, and they express approval of the 10% cashback offer.
