Background

Licensing, security and game fairness
The review reports that Vegas Hero Casino holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. It also says the site uses standard encryption technology to protect players’ personal and financial information.
The review says Vegas Hero Casino obtains its games from established software providers. It reports that Technical Systems Testing (TST) or eCORGRA tested each game for fairness, and identifies a random number generator (RNG) as the tool used to make game results unpredictable.
Offers and promotions
The review describes a changing mix of Vegas Hero offers, including a welcome bonus for people opening an account.
Welcome offer
For new Vegas Hero Casino players, the Welcome Power Pack was presented as offering up to $/£/€1,000 in bonus funds and 50 free spins. The named spin titles were Neon Staxx, Dazzle Me, and Sparks or Stickers.
The full package amount was split across four deposits:
1st Deposit: The offer described is a 100% match up to $/£/€200, with 50 free spins. The review says to select the bonus from the cashier dropdown when making a deposit.
2nd Deposit: The listed offer is a 50% match up to $/£/€200 with the code WHER02. According to the review, enter the code in the cashier to claim the bonus.
3rd Deposit: The review lists a 25% match up to $/£/€300 with code WHER03. It says the bonus is claimed by entering that code through the cashier.
4th Deposit: A 25% match up to $/£/€300 is listed with bonus code WHER04. The review directs players to enter the code in the cashier to claim it.
The terms state that 10 free spins are awarded after a qualifying deposit, with the remaining spins added at 10 each day over four days.
Further terms may apply. Each bonus required a minimum deposit of $/£/€10. Players could decline the welcome offer while depositing. Each welcome-package code could be used once, and spins expired 72 hours after activation. Free-spin winnings had a minimum withdrawal of $/£/€100. Deposits made through Neteller or Skrill were excluded from the welcome offer.
Only one offer could be active at once. Where an account held both bonus funds and a cash balance, wagers were taken from real-money funds first. The wagering requirement applied at 40x to bonuses and free-spin winnings. Each bonus expired no later than 14 days after crediting.
Bonus-funded bets were capped at $/£/€5 per wager on slots and video slots, or $/£/€30 on other games. The review lists different contribution rates toward the wagering requirement by game type:
- Video slots and games not listed below – 100%
- Titles in the “classic slots” category – 75%
- Table games – 10%
- Blackjack – 5%
Wagers on Big Bad Wolf, Hot Ink, Simsalabim, Supernova, and Arabian Rose counted at 20% toward the requirement; Fruit Blast wagers counted at 50%.
