Survivor Megaways online slot game
Big Time Gaming secured a licence for the popular Survivor television show and used it as the basis for a comparable slot experience. Survivor Megaways features 6-reels, 3-rows and symbols in different sizes, creating up to 100,832 ways-to-win. Its distinctive Megaways reel mechanic combines with wild multipliers and free spins to shape the main features of this video slot.
Theme and storyline
Drawing on the hit TV-show of the same name, Survivor Megaways puts you against other contestants as you compete for top prizes, including a stated 44,000x your stake.
Graphics, sounds and animation
Big Time Gaming captures the Survivor atmosphere through bold, bright symbols, fluid animations and a scenic backdrop presented in high definition. Palm trees move in the breeze, while a dramatic soundtrack builds the sense of competition before each spin.
Designed for desktop and mobile devices, Survivor Megaways adapts cleanly to different screen sizes.

Gameplay
The unusual reel layout allows up to 6 symbols to land on the 1st reel and up to 7 on every other reel. Because individual symbols may have different sizes, each spin can produce a different arrangement.
A winning combination has to begin on the leftmost reel and include at least 3 matching symbols across consecutive reels. The Megaways mechanic clears winning combinations, after which new symbols drop into the open spaces. Those cascades create the possibility of additional combinations on the same spin.
The reels feature 10-unique standard symbols alongside several special symbols. These include 2-different wild symbols, the ‘Games Logo’ scatter symbol and Urn symbols, which increase the wild multipliers before vanishing from the reels.
Standard symbols depict a selection of masks and playing cards. A 6-symbol combination of the Purple Mask pays 50x the spin bet, making it the highest standard payout. The paytable provides the complete list of winning combinations and their values.
Bonuses and free spins
- Extra reel: Positioned in the centre of the screen, the extra reel supplies one additional symbol for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th reels. The two-character wild symbols can land only on this reel.
- Wild multipliers: Two wild multiplier counters sit on the left side of the screen. One applies to wins in the top half of the reels and the other to wins in the bottom half. Each Urn symbol landing on the reels increases the relevant multipliers.
- Free spins: Landing 3 ‘Game Logo’ scatter symbols anywhere in view awards 15 free spins. Every additional triggering scatter adds 5 spins to the total. Wild multipliers active on the triggering spin remain locked for the free-spin feature.
Bet sizes, RTP and variance
Each wager covers all ways-to-win in Survivor Megaways, with bet increments beginning at 0.20 and reaching 50.00 per spin. That range accommodates different budgets, while the listed RTP of 96.47% accompanies the slot’s medium to high variance. RTP is a theoretical figure, not a promise of individual results.
